You will visit the Gudauri Monument, also called Gudauri Panorama, just 120 KM from Tbilisi on the Georgian Military Highway to Russia. Built by the Soviet Union to mark the 200th anniversary of the 1783 Georgievsk Treaty, this monument is a must-see historical site.

After arriving in Kazbegi, we need to change the transport and take a local driver with a 4WD car to take us to Gergeti Trinity Church. Local drivers wait 30 minutes at the church and take us back to our transport.

By 4WD car, we will arrive at the Gergeti Church of the Holy Trinity. Our private guide will assist you to explore the church built by King Giorgi V to establish Christianity in the mountainous Khevi region, Gergeti Monastery became a central place of worship for the locals. It also served as a meeting point for local wise men, discussing community challenges and solutions. Protected by its mountainous location and a defensive wall, Gergeti Church was a secret treasury safeguarded by the dedicated villagers.
